This is because digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, and once downloaded, they remain in your possession.

  • Incompatibility with Third-Party Plugins/Themes: While our themes are designed to be compatible with a wide range of plugins, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every single third-party plugin or theme. We do not offer refunds for conflicts arising from third-party integrations.
  • Purchases made during a sale or promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, items purchased during a sale or promotion are final and not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund:

Your request should include:

  • Your order number.
  • The name of the WordPress theme purchased.
  • A detailed explanation is required of why you are requesting a refund, error messages, or steps to reproduce the issue.

We will review your request and get back to you within 7 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
